In 2016 the HOA Board began a project to resurface the Community Swimming Pool.
Based on information pieced together, the pool was constructed in 1985 and had never been resurfaced.
At a cost of $10,730.75, the Community Swimming Pool was resurfaced, new tile installed, a hand rail installed for ADA compliance, pool light replaced and the decking around the pool was upgraded.
In 2022 the HOA Board approved $3,150.00 for the installation of a 4″ stripe (per COSA requirement) in the bottom of the pool to mark the 5 foot transition from the shallow end to the deep end. The draining of the pool also allowed acid washing as recommended maintenance.
